Returns/Refund
If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please do not open the items and contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages.
Akard.com can not accept any items back if they have been opened. If a product is returned to us and is opened credit cannot be issued.
We will apply a 15% restocking fee to all unopened returned product(s) that are authorized returns (unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee). Akard.com does not give credits back for shipping costs paid on original order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return postage and properly insure the package.
Akard.com cannot accept product back if it has been more than 30 days since the customer received their order.
Delivery Method
The Akard Fitness Group will ship your package via USPS Priority mail $7.95 S/H. Supplement orders will be shipped within 48 hours and time following as added by USPS Priority mail to your location for Scottsdale, Arizona 85251.
