Ingredients
1 cup of ice
1 banana
1 container of yogurt
1/2 cup of your favorite juice
1 of your favorite cookies
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
Instructions
Combine ice, banana, yogurt, juice, cookie and wheat germ in a blender. Mix well and serve.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
Note: Be sure to get your parents' permission before using the blender.
